Dr Taisa Dorniak-Wall

Dr Taisa Dorniak-Wall joined Mt Barker Medical Clinic in 2023. She completed her undergraduate medical degree at the University of Adelaide in 2012 and worked within tertiary hospitals in Adelaide and Melbourne in the fields of Emergency Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology and Paediatrics before embarking on a career as a specialist GP. She enjoys the full breadth of General Practice, especially proactively managing chronic disease, focusing on preventative medicine and practising in an inclusive manner.

She is able to insert and remove implanons, IUDs, and provide obstetric shared care as well as skin procedures.

In her non-clinical time, she enjoys hiking, snowboarding, camping with her kids and exploring foodie venues with her husband.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS)
• Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRAGP)
